Fantastic week

I booked this holiday after seeing it online however I didn’t realise that it would be a six and a half hour drive to get there so I was feeling a little bit worried it might not have been worth it! How wrong I was. My husband and I stayed in Y Frenni Fawr for 5 nights with our two German shepherds and loved it. The cottage is very spacious and well appointed and unlike other ‘dog friendly’ properties I have stayed in this one actually is. The dogs loved the garden and the orchard and the welcome pack of a towel and treats for them was very thoughtful. The humans were well looked after too with a delicious homemade cake left for us on arrival.

We never met Ann unfortunately but Dave was a great host and full of local knowledge. The surrounding area is breathtaking and we saw dolphins at Mwnt. If your dog likes the beach and sea then Poppit sands is great for them.

Altogether a fantastic peaceful place to stay and we would definately return again but for a longer stay. 11 out of 10 and will be recommending it.

Y Beudy

Am a frequent visitor to Y Beudy. Dave & Ann are the perfect hosts. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, warm & well equipped, with enclosed back garden & orchard for the dog to run around in an added bonus. Smallish, but extremely well stocked supermarket/post office 3miles away.Village store in Blaenffos for milk, paper, bread etc. Beautiful coast & country to explore. Very highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

Myself and my partner stayed in the Glamping Pod and we honestly couldn’t be more happy with the stay, Anne and Dave were so inviting and made us feel so welcome the whole time, always exchanging conversation in passing. We will definitely be back and pass on details to our friends and family x

Glamping Pod

I stayed in the pod with my boyfriend for two nights, it is very clean and cosy with everything we needed. Dave and Ann were very friendly and welcoming when arriving and throughout our stay.
It is located in a beautiful area with lush views and lots to do without travelling far.
Wish we could have stayed a little longer to have visited more places in the area!
Definitely recommend and will be returning again soon.
Thank you for the relaxing stay!

Thank you for a great break

We stayed in Y Frenni Fawr with kids and a little dog over Easter. Dave & Ann looked after us well. The cottage was perfect, kids and our pup settled in well. Really good sized kitchen & front room. It is well located for trips to Cardigan, the beaches and nice walks. Good value too. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Y beudy

Just spent a week at Blaencwn. Ann and Dave were lovely and so helpful. Our dogs loved their runs in the orchard and it was lovely to have our own garden area. Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Easy reach if Tenby, Aberaeron and St Davids, would recommend.

Frenni Fawr- Clean and Well Equipped!

Beautifully clean and well-equipped cottage, with fabulous views of the nearby hills. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and there’s plenty to do and see nearby.
We took our dog and were very impressed with the orchard facility for dogs. Just one of the many thoughtful details that the owners had thought through.
Lovely to have fresh eggs from the hens for breakfast!

Frenni- Dog Friendly Welcome

The cottage is very well equipped and a lot of thought has clearly gone into making a stay really comfortable. Even down to doggie treats and a towel for the pooch! Dave and Anne made us feel really welcome and we would happily return and also recommend to others. Give us a free week and I’ll come and prune your fruit trees for you!
